The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any modifications required to bring the assets into compliance with all applicable regulations, and in particular those relating to prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – current regulations, shall be borne exclusively by the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not compliant with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the subject of the sale solely as assets "to be scrapped", with the receivership excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the purchaser. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, where this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
