Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs, with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with currently applicable regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of sale solely as "scrap" goods, with the exclusion of any liability of the Curatorship for the case of their use by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not complying with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, it is mandatory for the successful bidder to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if not possible, to dispose of them in the legally prescribed manner.
