Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those on prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations shall be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who shall bear any expense with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, where included in the inventory, will be considered as subject to sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the exclusion of any liability of the Trustee for the hypothetical use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not complying with safety regulations, without CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, cost and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
