Sale of capital goods from leasing
Only legal entities with a VAT number, qualifying as businesses and/or professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 and belonging exclusively to the following categories, will be admitted to participate in the auction: manufacturers, industry traders, dealers and scrap dealers. To participate in the auction, legal entities must also send an up-to-date copy of their company registration certificate to: [email protected]
The auction lots are subject to a reserve price. In any case, at the end of the auction, the highest bids received will be subject to approval by the sellers. The sellers also reserve the right to consider bids below the reserve price.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IF THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD LAPSE, IT WILL BE ASSIGNED IN SUCCESSION TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
