MI-2044067, with registered office in Milan (MI), Galleria Pattari n. 2, for a share equal to 80% of the share capital, equal to a nominal amount of Euro 8,000.00.
 

The manifestations of interest in the purchase must provide for better conditions than the irrevocable purchase proposal already in the proceedings, including any guarantees and / or deposits, for a total amount of € 1.00.
