Transfer of Business Unit

Proposal for the transfer of a business unit operating in the sector of industrial label printing for crates and wooden packaging, an activity currently operational and in voluntary liquidation since January 2026. The company conducts its activity in leased premises, with the possibility of transferring machinery, employees and production organization, offering immediate continuity to operators in the sector interested in expanding their commercial and production structure.
The company is specialized in customized printing on request of customers and by means of clichés, carried out on the side strips (rings) that make up crates and wooden packaging. Processing is performed on masonite, MDF and plywood, materials widely used in the fruit and vegetable and packaging sector.
The facility has a covered production warehouse of approximately 1,200 sqm where the entire operational activity takes place, as well as an adjacent outdoor area of approximately 900 sqm. The equipment is completed by an additional 600 sqm connected storage-warehouse, also leased, useful for material storage and logistics management.
The customer base is consolidated and distributed throughout Central and Southern Italy, including Sicily and Sardinia, with ongoing and loyal relationships. The company organization includes 7 employees, of which 3 office staff and 4 specialized workers, a factor that allows rapid operational continuity.
Particularly strategic position thanks to its proximity to the junctions of Catania, Messina and the main road network, facilitating distribution and commercial connections.
The technological infrastructure and machinery fleet available to the company make it possible to operate on large volumes with manual interventions reduced to a minimum. The industrial complex includes the following main production areas:
Wood Processing and Panel Coating: The company is equipped with heavy-duty and precision processing machinery. Highlights include Giben automatic panel saws for large sheets, Zaffaroni multi-blade machines for high-speed cutting and milling, and a complete Dalso/Osama automatic line dedicated to coating, gluing, IR tunnel heating and panel lamination.
Flexographic Printing and Varnishing: A state-of-the-art department for customization and finishing of rigid supports (wood, MDF, cardboard). It consists of modern modular Innovapac "Airflex" printing lines with up to five colors and UV coating units, supported by high-precision roller bleaching machines by Sorbini and CIMAT.
Assembly, Die-Cutting and Robotics: The assembly process of fruit and vegetable packaging is ensured by fast Corali automatic lines, flanked by Panarelli rotary die-cutters. Handling of heavy loads and palletizing are fully managed by Kuka anthropomorphic industrial robots.
Autonomous Logistics and Auxiliary Systems: The complex is completely autonomous from a logistics point of view, relying on a fleet of heavy curtain-sided trucks (Mercedes-Benz Antos) with related trailers, and a large fleet of front forklifts (Nissan and UniCarriers). The facility is also served by complete industrial auxiliary systems, including Ceccato compressed air stations, water treatment plants, fire-fighting networks and generators for operational continuity.
