NOTICE
On 14/10/2025 at 12:00, before notary Vincenzo Gunnella, at his office in Florence, via Masaccio no. 187, the sale with irrevocable offer and possible auction of the goods described below will take place according to the methods outlined below:
LOT 1:
- Trademark "WIVA": basic Italian registration no. 3620000185503 of January 8, 2021 in classes 9 and 11 (renewal of the previous registration of 2010) and corresponding International registration no. 1063484 extended to EU, UK, China;

- Trademark "WIVA": basic Italian registration no. 3620000185503 of January 8, 2021 in classes 9 and 11 (renewal of the previous registration of 2010) and corresponding International registration no. 1063484 extended to EU, UK, China;
- Trademark "WIVACTIVE": EU registration no. 17950995 granted on December 21, 2018 in class 11 and corresponding International registration no. 1465770 of February 22, 2019 extended to UK and China.
LOT 2:
- Patent "Wiva Spray Coating", which refers to a plant and a method for applying nanomaterial coatings on object surfaces. The plant includes a plurality of workstations in succession, including a dry cleaning and activation station with atmospheric plasma for the surfaces to be coated; a preheating station for the surfaces to be coated; a spraying station to coat the surfaces with a nanomaterial coating; a preheating oven; a multi-stage oven controlled at different temperatures and a cooling station: Italian patent grant no. 102018000004997 of 18.05.2020 (Italian application no. 102018000004997 of May 2, 2018).
- Patent "Gear Box", which refers to a filtration device for the reduction of dust and/or particulate, sanitation, and air purification, said device comprising at least one filter cartridge equipped with elements on whose surface a coating comprising a photocatalyst activatable by visible light is disposed and further comprising organic or inorganic biocides, where said filter cartridge is placed inside a container, said container being associable with at least one light source configured to emit radiation in the visible spectrum to irradiate the aforementioned filter cartridge: Italian patent grant no. 102018000011087 of 12.11.2020 (Italian application no. 102018000011087 of December 14, 2018). All as better described in the appraisal report on file prepared by Dr. Tommaso Ridi on November 20, 2022, which is authoritative for all purposes for the exact identification of the goods themselves and for their factual and legal situation, except to highlight that for the "Gear Box" patent the European application EP20190836533 has been withdrawn and therefore no longer exists.

LOT 4:Aesthetic model/design of lighting device "Mini-Eyeled": EU design application/grant no. 008058044-0001 UK design grant no. 9008058044-0001 with registration date July 30, 2020 and expiration July 30, 2030
LOT 5:Patent "Catenaria", which refers to a lighting device equipped with an assembly and support system based on a chain device that allows the realization of the lighting device in various shapes and sizes. The chain device comprises a plurality of links designed to be joined or separated and put into operation in a simple and rapid manner. These links may include external protective elements that can be applied to provide greater robustness to the link and the chain device when assembled to form the lighting device:
• Italian patent grant no. 102018000004998 of 29/05/2020 (basic Italian application no. 102018000004998 of May 2, 2018);
• European patent grant no. EP3788301B1 of 22/06/2022 (European application no. EP20190728127), nationalized in the following member countries of the European Patent Convention: Italy, France, Germany, Great Britain, Spain;
• USA patent grant no. US11454376 of 27/09/2022 (USA application no. US201917051910).
