The transfer of ownership will take place by the company Jacobacci & Partners S.p.A., Brescia branch, with the prior authorization of the Delegated Judge, only after full payment of the hammer price, the costs and the Buyer's Premium and any other charges accessory to the transfer of the brands identified above.
It should be noted that all expenses relating to the transfer of ownership as well as expenses relating to the competitive sale procedure will be borne by the purchaser and formalized by the company Jacobacci & Partners S.p.A. Brescia branch.
