Lumber Warehouse and Lot of Uprights

The lot includes:

Sawn timber of various types and qualities, panels of various types and qualities, edge banding in rolls of various types and qualities as better specified in the attachment.
The base value has been derived by depreciating the loading value by 80%.
The cantilever shelving indicated is included in the lot, for which no certification documentation has been found and they may be non-compliant.

To verify the correspondence of the warehouse, a series of physical checks have been carried out.
In the first phase, a search was conducted identifying the item in the inventory and verifying the physical correspondence in the warehouse.
In the second phase of the verification, the opposite procedure was carried out, identifying the asset physically present in the warehouse and verifying the correspondence to the inventory.
In both cases, the checks carried out were successful with no numerical differences confirming the accuracy of the inventory.

Quantities may be subject to a variation of +/- 2/3%, the sale is intended as a whole and not by measure.
