Sale of capital goods from leasing
Only legal entities with VAT number and qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 belonging only to the following categories will be allowed to participate in the auction: Sector traders, resellers and scrappers. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the chamber of commerce registration to: [email protected]
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. In any case, at the end of the auction, the best offers received will be subject to approval by the clients. The clients also reserve the right to evaluate offers received below the reserve price.
THE BIDS MADE ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL PURCHASE COMMITMENT. IN CASE THE AWARD TO THE BEST BIDDER SHOULD LAPSE, IT WILL BE ATTRIBUTED, BY DEFAULT, TO THE NEXT BEST BIDDER.
