The evaluation was conducted on a sample and documentary basis. It is noted that the stock includes references produced since 2016. Due to current regulations (EC Regulation No. 1223/2009), the appraiser disclaims any responsibility regarding the actual chemical-physical integrity and compliance for sale of products that have exceeded the maximum stability period or are close to such date (if indicated). 

The estimated value was determined assuming the integrity of the products; however, the final bidder will be required to conduct an analytical verification of marketability (expiration and/or PAO) before subsequent market introduction. 
The sale is intended as a whole for all products present and not by measure.
