The items listed in this inventory refer to the extraction of the elements present in the management software used by the company. The references are located in a garage on the basement floor of a building at Via Terronazzo, fraction of Dese, Venice; they are piled up inside about 200 large boxes with limited possibility of movement, access and related inspection/analysis. In this state of affairs, partial sample checks on some items have been carried out, as far as possible, often noting the actual complication caused by the inconvenient placement. In light of the above, it is finally believed that the extent of the documented stock by the management information system may largely represent the "physical" situation, however with a possible wide margin of specific "error", a divergence that is roughly estimated at over 10% of the quantities and/or stocks overall documented. The effect of such plausible divergences must however be considered offset by the application of depreciation coefficients, used in the estimate to obtain the presumable "lump sum" values of the warehouse in question, also taking into account (therefore) the possible "differences" in consistency that are certainly present in correspondence to many items/products involved.
