Bulk sale and not by measure

The goods listed in this price list refer to the extraction of the items present in the company’s management software. The references are located in a garage in the basement of a building in Via Terronazzo, hamlet of Dese, Venice; they are piled up inside about 200 cardboard boxes with limited possibility of handling, access and related inspection/analysis. In this situation, sample checks were partially carried out, as far as possible, on some items, very often noting the actual complication caused by the inconvenient placement. In light of the above, it is ultimately deemed that the amount of stock documented by the IT management system may largely represent the “physical” situation; however, with a possible wide margin of specific “error”, a discrepancy that is roughly estimated at more than 10% of the quantities and/or stock overall documented. The effect of such plausible discrepancies must nevertheless be considered offset by the application of the depreciation coefficients used during the appraisal to obtain the presumed “bulk” values of the warehouse stock in question, also taking into account (therefore) the possible “differences” in consistency that are certainly present for many of the items/products involved."
