Bankruptcy no. 21/2021 - Court of Novara

 

NOTICE OF SALE OF COMPANY SHAREHOLDINGS

 

It is hereby announced that on 20 July 2023 at 9.30 at the office of the bankruptcy trustee, Dr. Filippo Mella, located in Novara, Corso Cavallotti n. 11, tel. 0321/331265, the sale experiment without auction will be held, with a competitive tender in the event of multiple bidders, of the following lots:

 

LOT 2) - 26.67% stake in the company "MAGAZZINI GENERALI DOGANALI VERCELLI S.R.L.", with registered office in Milan, cap. 20121, Via Arrigo Boito no. 8 and operational headquarters in Vercelli, Corso Novara n. 35, share capital euro 360,000.00.#, tax code and VAT number 00739880151, share with a nominal value of 95,976.00.#.

 

The Company has the following corporate purpose:

- "the operation of general and customs warehouses and shipping companies, as well as the sale and conservation of agricultural products, transport and road haulage services on behalf of third parties and on own account, as well as the exercise of all autoport, intermodal and interport service activities and in particular the repair, maintenance and washing of vehicles and each intermodal transport unit parked or transiting in the terminal;

- the sale and purchase of land, buildings and properties in general;

- the construction, reconstruction, renovation and maintenance of properties of all kinds, both on its own and on behalf of third parties;

- the lease of owned land and buildings; - the management and administration of immovable and movable property both of third parties and of its own.".

 

The shareholding is put up for sale in the state of fact and law in which it is found at the reduced price of Euro 1,635,700.00.# (one million six hundred thirty five thousand seven hundred/00.#) compared to the appraisal value (equal to Euro 2,044. 522.00.#).

 

The purchase offers, in compliance with the current stamp duty, must be presented in a sealed envelope at the office of the bankruptcy trustee by 12.00 on 19 July 2023.

The outside of the envelope must indicate the name of the bankruptcy trustee, the number of the bankruptcy procedure (bankruptcy no. 21/2021), the number of the lot for which it is intended to offer and the date of the sale (20 July 2023).

 

Offers must contain the information given in the Sales Regulations to which reference is made, available for consultation on the Public Sales Portal (PVP) and on the websites www.astediciarie.it and www.tribunale.novara.it.

 

The purchase offer must be accompanied by a non-transferable cashier's check made payable to "FALLIMENTO N. 21/2021" for an amount, as a deposit, equal to 10% of the offered price, which will be retained in case of refusal of the purchase .

 

The offers presented in the sale without auction are irrevocable.

 

All envelopes received will be opened by the bankruptcy trustee at the time set for the sale. In the event of multiple valid offers, the tender will proceed on the basis of the highest offers with the minimum increase of €5,000.00.# for each lot.

 

Any tax burden deriving from the sale will be borne by the successful bidder.
