Shareholding - SKM Energy Srl

Ownership of a 50% stake in the share capital of the company SKM Energy Srl, established for the construction and management of a photovoltaic plant with a nominal power of 993.60 kW on a greenhouse located in Naro (AG)

Energy production is encouraged by the Energy Services Manager with an agreement stipulated on 06/14/2011 under the so-called III energy account, expiring in April 2031.
The plant will produce annual revenues of around €450,000 until 2031.
