85.65% share of the social participations of EUGLAR, S.L.

 

EUGLAR, S.L. holds 85.71% of the share capital of the company MOS del Rocamora 3, S.L.

 

In turn, MOS del Rocamora 3, S.L. holds 7/8 undivided shares of Registered Property No. 2XXX7 of Alicante, corresponding to a dwelling located at Calle Deportista Manuel Suárez, Alicante.

 

It is expressly stated that the remaining eighth part of the property, equivalent to 1/8, belongs to a third co-owner unrelated to the insolvency proceedings.

 

Therefore, this auction does not involve the direct transfer of the property, but rather the transfer of the social participations of EUGLAR, S.L., with the corporate and asset structure described.
 

Corporate and census situation:
Both EUGLAR, S.L. and MOS del Rocamora 3, S.L. have registry closures due to failure to file accounts and their Tax ID numbers (NIF) have been revoked, which affects the normal operation of the companies.
