Proposal to transfer a business unit operating in the industrial label printing sector for wooden crates and packaging. The business is currently operational and has been in voluntary liquidation since January 2026. The company operates from leased premises, with the possibility of transferring machinery, employees, and production organization, offering immediate continuity to industry operators interested in expanding their commercial and production operations.
The company specializes in custom printing on customer request and using printing plates, carried out on the side strips (rings) that make up wooden crates and packaging. The work is performed on Masonite, MDF, and plywood, materials widely used in the fruit and vegetable and packaging sectors.
The facility includes a covered production building of approximately 1,200 sq m where all operational activities take place, as well as an adjacent outdoor area of approximately 900 sq m. The premises also include a connected storage warehouse of a further 600 sq m, also leased, suitable for storing materials and managing logistics.
The company has an established customer base across Central and Southern Italy, including Sicily and Sardinia, with ongoing, long-standing relationships. The organization employs 7 people, including 3 office staff and 4 skilled workers, enabling rapid operational continuity.
The location is particularly strategic thanks to its proximity to the Catania and Messina transport hubs and the main road network, facilitating distribution and business connections.
The company's technological infrastructure and machinery fleet enable it to handle large volumes with minimal manual intervention. The industrial complex includes the following main production areas:
Woodworking and Panel Finishing: The company is equipped with machinery for heavy-duty and precision processing. Key equipment includes Giben automatic panel saws for large sheets, Zaffaroni multi-blade machines for high-speed cutting and milling, and a complete Dalso/Osama automatic line for panel finishing, gluing, IR tunnel heating, and panel lamination.
Flexographic Printing and Coating: A state-of-the-art department for customizing and finishing rigid substrates (wood, MDF, cardboard). It consists of modern modular Innovapac "Airflex" printing lines with up to five colors and UV coating modules, supported by high-precision Sorbini and CIMAT roller whiteners.
Assembly, Die-Cutting, and Robotics: The assembly of fruit and vegetable packaging is carried out by fast Corali automatic lines, alongside Panarelli rotary die-cutters. Heavy-load handling and palletizing are fully managed by Kuka anthropomorphic industrial robots.
Automated Logistics and Auxiliary Systems: The complex is fully self-sufficient in terms of logistics, with a fleet of heavy-duty curtain-sided trucks (Mercedes-Benz Antos) and their trailers, as well as a large fleet of front-loading forklifts (Nissan and UniCarriers). The facility is also served by complete industrial auxiliary systems, including Ceccato compressed-air stations, water treatment systems, fire protection networks, and generator sets to ensure operational continuity.
