The property in which the business branch is operated is currently leased under a commercial lease agreement. 

The sale of the business is subject to the taxes provided for by law in this matter; the aforementioned taxes and notary fees are borne by the purchaser.

Please note that, with the award of the business branch, the purchaser undertakes to take over all contractual relationships pending as of the date of final award, as they form an integral part of the goodwill of the company in liquidation and of its business value.
