The property in which the business unit is operated is currently held under a lease pursuant to a commercial lease agreement. 

The transfer of the business is subject to the taxes provided for by the relevant law; said taxes and the notary fees are borne by the purchaser.

Please note that, upon award of the business unit, the purchaser undertakes to take over all contractual relationships pending as of the date of final award, as they constitute an integral part of the goodwill of the company in liquidation and of its corporate value.
