COLLECTION OF IMPROVEMENT EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST BASED ON RECEIVED OFFERS

Company active in the manufacturing of tanks, reservoirs, and metal containers for storage or production purposes.

The company perimeter consists of the following assets:
- instrumental assets intended for carrying out the activity identified in the appraisal of April 28, 2025, prepared by Surveyor Giampiero Galassi (including office furniture, cars, machinery and equipment, other movable assets, and software);
- the so-called surplus income (goodwill) as identified in the appraisal by Dr. Carmine Mollica dated May 19-26, 2025, as well as trademarks and patents;
- all movable assets that are part of the goods and raw materials warehouse, also estimated in the aforementioned appraisal by surveyor Giampiero Galassi dated April 28, 2025;
- works in progress (with the assumption of the relevant contracts signed by SACIM SPA with the clients) that must be completed by the buyer;
- the right of enjoyment for three years of the property currently used for the business located in Piazzale Arcano and via San Cristoforo in Cesena;
- the assumption of all employment contracts (both dependent and independent) that are in force at the time of the offer between Sacim and its workers

Please note that the current received offer includes the commitment to purchase the property at the end of the three-year enjoyment period, including the photovoltaic system located on the property and currently benefiting from a GSE contribution, for a consideration of €3,650,000.
