On sale restaurants furniture and equipment:
"Assignment of assets on single lot
Notice for irrevocable purchase offers.
The Official Receiver Dott. Dario Lorenzato, of the JC SRL company operating in the brewery, restaurant and pizzeria in Padua, via Romana Aponense 137, puts up for sale the entire company's furniture compendium, consisting of furniture and equipment for restaurant / brewery / pizzeria and estimated by the expert of the procedure for a total of € 36,096.24 plus VAT.
It should be noted that the undersigned Official Receiver has already received an irrevocable offer to purchase the entire securities computation at a price of € 29,000.00.
Any interested parties are invited to submit irrevocable purchase proposals no later than 15/02/2019, with a deposit equal to € 5,400.00 paid by cashier's check to be sent:
- by registered mail, post or by hand, with a sealed envelope, containing the offer and the cashier's check made out to the curator regarding the security deposit, at the Bankruptcy Curator's office located in Contrà Porti 16, 36100 Vicenza.
- by pec of the procedure [email protected] containing the offer and copy of the bank transfer relating to the security deposit payable to JC Srl in bankruptcy, IBAN IT 12 M 08590 11801 000900020411.
- by pec [email protected] containing the offer and copy of the bank transfer relating to the security deposit payable to JC Srl in bankruptcy.
The submitted offer must be valid at least until 15/04/2019.
In case of more offers, a sale auction will be announced, with the auction base at the highest of those indicated in the proposals received. Methods for the awarding, sale and / or eventual participation in the auction will be communicated by the trustee to the individual bidders after the date of 15/02/2019.
