The lots require payment of a specific deposit indicated on the lot details page.
Only legal entities with VAT number and qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, belonging solely to the following categories: Body shops, Contracted Outsourcers, Scrappers, and Manufacturers, will be allowed to participate in the auction. To take part in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the chamber of commerce company registration to: [email protected]
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the highest bids received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the principals.
PLACED BIDS ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IF THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD BE CANCELLED, IT WILL BE ASSIGNED, IN TURN, TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Inspection is strongly recommended.
The inspection date will be set by Gobid in agreement with the custodian and will be communicated by e-mail.
