Full ownership of a 49% participation share of the share capital of the company Meridional Wind s.r.l., based in the legal headquarters in the Municipality of Circello (BN) at Contrada Macchia, 32 - ZIP Code 82050, with Tax Code, VAT number and registration number 01420890624 of the Register of Companies of Benevento.
The participation is better described in the appraisal report signed by the expert, attached to this document, which must be consulted by the bidder, along with this sales notice and the attachments to which explicit reference is made also for everything concerning the existence of any burdens and encumbrances of any kind affecting the assets.
The statute of the company Meridional Wind provides in art.6 the possibility for shareholders to exercise the right of first refusal, within 15 days following the receipt of the proposal communicated by registered mail, to purchase the participation at the value offered by the successful bidder.
