Any adaptations of the goods to all applicable regulations and in particular those on prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the regulations in force, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the Curatorship excluding any liability in the event of their use by the purchaser. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, where this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
