The lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.
All costs related to the transfer of ownership will be borne by the buyer.
Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those regarding prevention and safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expenses, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered part of the sale solely as spare parts, excluding any liability of the Curatorship for the use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the winning bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
