In any case, the Judicial Administrator reserves the right to give priority to the award over the offers received for lots nos. 1 and 2 of which in auction n. 22392, compared to the offers on lots n. 0,1 and 2 of auction n. 22393. Therefore, only in the absence of offers on the aforementioned lots in auction no. 22392, we will proceed with the award of lots n. 0, 1 and 2 of auction no. 22393

It should be noted that the base price was quantified in consideration of the reuse of the production line elsewhere following dismantling.
