It is specified that in case of winning the lots of the auction, the winner must not proceed with the withdrawal operations, but will be required to enter into a lease contract with the Judicial Administration for the property in which the lots for sale are located, in order to preserve the production potential of the individual lines purchased. In this regard, the buyer is required to review the draft lease contract of the aforementioned property published on the sheet of the relevant auction, which will be used as a basis to define the lease contract to be entered into with the Procedure following the award.
