Plaster Blocks Production Plant

The lot includes:

n. 2 block forming machines with 12 places complete with hydraulic unit

n. 1 plaster mixer line for feeding n. 2 forming machines consisting of:
- supporting structure in iron and steel with complete cycle of n. 2 forming machines
- balance dispenser for gypsum weight
- scale containing the gypsum powder taken from the silos
- water dispenser
- mixing bucket with mixer
- bucket washing tank
- lubricator
                                                           
n. 2 manipulators / robots for picking up the blocks ejected from the forming machines for deposit in the trolleys

n. 2 lifting and moving platforms of n. 3 trays of the trolleys to allow the progressive insertion of the blocks

n. 15 block containment trolleys composed of n. 4 trays
