LOT 8) C.C. MARCO, P.T. 1367, p.ed. 605, p.m. 295 and related common parts, joint properties and easements as shown in today's title search.

 

From the report of the expert witness dd. 23/07/2018 results: technical room and flat roof of the multifunctional building called "Nero Cubo", located in Rovereto in Via Per Marco n. 14, which is permanently accessed by a photovoltaic system composed of 356 polycrystalline silicon modules.

 

Following the award, the costs relating to the extraordinary maintenance of the system, such as those relating to the replacement of the inverters, are to be borne by the successful tenderer.

 

Base price € 160.000,00

Minimum offer € 120.000,00

 

The award is supplemented by taxes and charges due by law.
 

SALE WITHOUT CHARM

 

1. The offers must be received by 12:00 on 10 July 2020, in the manner and with the content of the general conditions (see attached notice of sale).

2. The envelopes will be opened on 13 July 2020, 9.30 am.

3. In the event of a tender: minimum raise: € 3,000.
