The lot includes:
- N. 1 plant acquired from the C.P. n. 11/2014 including photovoltaic modules, DC field panels, DC / AC inverters, DC electrical cables for connecting the systems up to the ENEL connection point, the MV / LV substation.
It is of the integrated type, with a nominal power of 198.45 kWp.
The system consists of crystalline silicon modules, mounted on modular structure canopies
metallurgy for which a regular Seismic authorization has been issued by the Lazio Region, Area
Civil Engineering Department of Frosinone, protocol no. 51466 on 25/02/2010 of 08/03/2010, pos. Seismic 227/2010, issued in accordance with the law n.64 of 02/02/1974 and the L.R. 4 dated 05/01/1985 of the Lazio Region.
There are inverters, electrical substations, fencing, video surveillance system, ducts, etc.
The plant insists on the land located in the Municipality of Broccostella and registered in the land register on map sheet no. 14, land registry numbers 125,162, 715, 716, 718, 720. These parcels are all acquired from the C.P. n. 11/2014, with the exception of parcel no. 715 acquired from the C.P. n. 10/2014.
-N. 2 twin plants, called ICAM1 and ICAM2, acquired from the C.P. n. 10/2014 including photovoltaic modules, DC field panels, DC / AC inverters, DC electrical cables for connection to the ENEL connection point, MV / LV substations. The two integrated plants have a total nominal power of 396.90 kWp, with a peak power of each equal to 198.45 kWp.
The plants are made up of crystalline silicon modules, mounted on modular shelters with a metal structure, named for which regular Seismic Authorization has been issued by the Lazio Region, Civil Engineering Area of Frosinone, protocol n ° 51466 l 25/02/2010 of the 8/03/2010, pos. Seismic 227/2010, issued in accordance with the law n.64 of 02/02/1974 and the L.R. 4 dated 05/01/1985 of the Lazio Region.
There are inverters, electrical substations, fences, video surveillance systems, ducts, etc.
The plants are located on the land of the Municipality of Broccostella registered in the land register on the map sheet n. 14, cadastral maps 87, 125, 146, 162, 673, 713, 714, 715, 716, 717, 718, 719, 720, 721, 722. These parcels have different properties, in particular:
- acquired from the C.P. n. 10/2014: land registry maps 87, 715, 717, 719;
- acquired from the C.P. n. 11/2014: cadastral maps 125, 146, 162, 673, 713, 714, 716, 718, 720, 721, 722.

The above values include the GSE conventions n. G01I259957607 for the plant called ICAM1, no. G01I259957907 for the plant called ICAM2 and no. G01I259956707 for the Brunoffice plant expiring on 31.05.2031 concerning the recognition of the incentive rates for electricity from photovoltaic conversion of the solar source pursuant to Ministerial Decree July 28, 2005 and of the D.M. February 6, 2006.
The incentive rate recognized for each of the photovoltaic systems covered by the agreement is equal to 0.3220 Euro / kWh.
