COLLECTION OF OFFERS ON THE BASIS OF AN OFFER RECEIVED

Sale of a business unit operating in the wholesale sector of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and in particular of scrap
non-ferrous metals, as well as the handling and processing of the aforementioned products.

The sale includes:

- Machinery and equipment
These are machinery and equipment such as forklift, spider, pallet truck, sweeper,
weighs, shears, drier, mill, ..., today used by the conductor of the branch
of the company. Some machines / equipment are obsolete and without CE marking, others
functioning and in conditions compatible with age and use.

- Office furniture
These are normal office furnishings, of no particular value, such as desks, dressers,
armed, seated. They are now used by the current tenant of the business branch; yes
they are generally in good condition compatible with age and use.

- Electronic and computer equipment
These are personal computers, printers / copiers, calculators, videos. The apparatuses
they are declared functioning and efficient, in conditions compatible with age and use.

- Elements for alarm system
This is a volumetric system with camera and video, as well as elements for recording
of images. The devices are declared functioning and efficient, in compatible conditions
with age and use.

- intangible asset as the value of the asset determined by the authorization
to the operation of the plant, value bound to the signing of a lasting lease contract.

Photovoltaic energy production plant sold to GSE

n. 1 lighting system consisting of 100 recessed spotlights complete with two general panels composed of circuit breakers, switches, socket points - ref. 64

Photovoltaic system, installed in the municipality of Augusta, in a flat roof of a shed owned by third parties. The system consists of 100 monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, brand SUNTECH mod. STP200S-18/UB, with nominal power equal to 200 Wp, for a total nominal power of 20 KWp. The plant is incentivized in accordance with Ministerial Decree 02/19/2007 with effect from 23 October 2009 and expiring on 22 October 2029.

Verified meter production for 2020 was 31,775 kWh

For further information, the report is in the annex It is specified that at present there is no lease agreement for the flat roof with the property where the system is installed.

The lot includes:

n. 1 red cistern for fire prevention system with connecting elements with submersible pump - ref. 515
n. 1 water system consisting of a 500 liter tank. And Lowara pump and connecting elements - ref. 517
n.1 photovoltaic panel connected to an anti-theft system - ref. 518
n.1 1.5 HP well water lifting pump with galvanized steel tank - ref. 566

The lot includes n. 2 photovoltaic power plants of 97.02 kWp and 15.435 kWp respectively (tot. about 112 kWp)

In the first plant the photovoltaic modules are installed on triangular structures on the roofs of two stables, with an inclination of about 20 ° and orientation to the south.
The photovoltaic modules are connected in series to form strings connected in turn to n. 6 inverters;
The system is completed by the parallel string panels of each individual inverter, the alternating current switchboards, the isolation transformer, the monitoring system and the production counter of the system.

In the second plant the modules are installed in a coplanar manner to the existing flap of the building facing south and with an inclination of about 10 °;
The system is completed by the inverter, the direct current electrical panel, the alternating current electrical panel, the monitoring system and the production counter, installed on the wall inside the building

Removal of movable goods assistance costs on Euro 1.500,00 are required

It should be noted that lot 1 insists on property owned by third parties without surface rights and the credit for the contribution received from the Energy Services Manager has been transferred to a credit institution.

Thermoelectric plant fed by biogas source with anaerobic digestion, single digester

The main plant components are:

- digester with gasometer biogas accumulation
- biomass loader
- generator set and cogeneration
- biogas treatment and purification system
- Gas Analysis system
- safety torch
- fire system
- technical pumping room and compressed air system
- electrical cabin with control panels and workstation
- electrical transformation cabin

Connected to the plant there are a liquid collection tank, a trench for the storage of the separated solid and a liquid / solid separator
The incentive electric power is equal to 132kW / 165 kVA, while that currently installed is equal to 110 kW / 137.5 kVA
