Sale requires notary deed with legal fees on buyer's expense.

In addition property has irrevocably committed to constituting a surface right or to granting a personal right of use to buyer throughout incentive period applied to system.

Constitution of surface right or granting of abovementioned personal right of use will be subject to recognition, in favor of present property, of a compensation of € 40,000 (plus VAT) throughout incentive period, subject to buyer obligation to dispose of system and to provide for its restoration after incentive period, at its own expense.
