Si precisa che, con riferimento all’aeroporto di Venezia, il contratto attualmente in essere è in scadenza e un nuovo bando sarà pubblicato entro giugno 2025.    Esiste un diritto di prelazione, art. 9 dello statuto di GH Venezia SpA, per i soci nel termine di 10 giorni successivi alla ricezione della comunicazione da parte del socio alienante (in questo caso in caso di aggiudicazione)     Si fa presente che, come previsto all’art. 9 dello statuto di GH Venezia S.p.A., è riconosciuto ai soci diritto di prelazione da esercitarsi entro 10 giorni dalla ricezione della comunicazione da parte del socio alienante, la quale verrà effettuata dal Curatore a seguito di aggiudicazione, in conformità alle condizioni di vendita di seguito riportate.
