Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those concerning prevention, safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense with the seller being exempt from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of the sale solely as "scrap", with exclusion of any liability of the Curatorship for the hypothesis of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the winning bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them up to standard or, if not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.

At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the procedure's bodies. 

The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Offers significantly lower than the reserve price will have less chance of being considered for a possible award. The lower the difference between the submitted offer and the reserve price, the higher the chance of award. 

Offers equal to or higher than the reserve price will result in the provisional award of the lot.
