The Judicial Commissioner of the procedure collects expressions of interest for the purchase of the assets of the company Volcano srl consisting of office furniture.

 

Expressions of interest must be sent, by certified e-mail, to the following address cp74.2020milano@pecconcordati.it, by May 5, 2021, at the end of the term the Commissioner will report to the Court which will determine the specific conditions of sale.

It is noted that an irrevocable purchase offer has been received for the sum of € 7,500.00 for all the assets listed in the appraisal
