SALE METHOD

 

The sale will be made through a competitive procedure pursuant to art. 107, first paragraph, L.F. and in accordance with the recommendations of the Plenum of Magistrates of this Hon. Tribunal.

 

In particular, the sale auction will be carried out:

 

- through a competitive procedure in the so-called synchronous non-telematic sale;

- at the places where the assets are now located and in the presence of the undersigned Curator, at the basic auction price and with bids referred to below as authorized by the S.V. Ill.ma.

 

The collection of offers will be carried out at the same time as the celebration of the sale of each lot.
