Any registrations related to rights of preemption, registrations of seizures and conservatory attachments, and any other encumbrances on the goods for sale will be canceled pursuant to art 108 L. Bankruptcy once the sale is executed and the price is fully collected. All formalities for cancellation will be carried out at the care and expense of the successful bidder.

Any costs related to the transfer of ownership, including any double transfers and related charges, will be borne by the successful bidder.
