Only legal entities with VAT numbers qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 belonging to the following categories are allowed to participate in the auction: Merchants, resellers, and scrappers. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the chamber of commerce registration to: info@gobid.it
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. In any case, at the end of the auction, the best offers received will be subject to approval by the clients. The clients also reserve the right to evaluate offers received below the reserve price.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IN THE EVENT THAT THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD FALL THROUGH, IT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER WITHOUT LIMIT.
