Sale of capital goods from leasing
Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Companies and/or Professionals pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, belonging only to the following categories, will be admitted to participate in the auction: Industry traders, dealers and scrap dealers. To participate in the auction, legal entities are also required to send an updated copy of the company registration certificate to: [email protected]
The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. In any case, at the end of the auction, the best offers received will be subject to approval by the principals. The principals also reserve the right to evaluate offers received below the reserve price.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. SHOULD THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER LAPSE, IT WILL BE ASSIGNED, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE, TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
