Lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all regulations in force and in particular those relating to prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered the subject of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the trusteeship excluding any liability in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, charge and risk, to bring them into compliance or, where this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
