For sale over 3,400 garments and ceremony accessories, sewing machines, fabrics and mannequins, as well as office furniture and equipment

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, and in particular those on prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who will bear any expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any liability of the Bankruptcy Trusteeship in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
