Lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all regulations in force and in particular to those regarding prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who will bear any expense, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered the subject of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with any liability of the Bankruptcy Administration excluded in the event of their use by the purchaser. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is required to proceed, at their sole care, cost and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
