It is possible to make offers also on the Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all the lots in the auction.
The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore be due even for intra-community buyers.

To participate in the auction, the user is required to send a scanned accounting copy of the deposit payment with the CRO code to: info@gobid.it, together with a copy of a valid identity document in the name of the individual or the legal representative of the company participating in the online auction and chamber of commerce registration in case of a company.
The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.
Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the currently applicable regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of the sale solely as spare parts, with the exclusion of any responsibility of the Trustee for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee.
