For sale machinery and equipment for a shoe factory, such as last-forming machines, die-cutting machines and pre-lasting machines, as well as a warehouse of raw materials/semi-finished products, leather and about 39 pairs of footwear

It is possible to place bids also on the Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all lots in the auction.

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular to those on prevention and safety, as well as those regarding environmental and ecological protection and – more generally – to the regulations in force, shall be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any related cost, with the seller being exempt from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods that do not comply with the regulations currently in force, where included in the inventory, shall be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the exclusion of any liability of the Insolvency Office in the event of their use by the buyer. In particular, for any goods that do not comply with safety regulations and lack the CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged, at their own exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them into conformity or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
