Only legal entities holding a VAT number and qualifying as businesses and/or professionals under Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be admitted to participate in the auction.
The auction lots are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, the highest bids received will be subject to approval by the principals.
ALL BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. SHOULD THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER BE REVOKED, THE LOT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER IN SUCCESSION.
