The lots in the auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the best offers received, the award will be subject to approval by the principals.

BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IF THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD BE VOIDED, IT WILL BE ASSIGNED, UNTIL CONCLUSION, TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
