PRICE of the Single Lot for sale: each bidder will be able to offer a better price than the one already received equal to €. = 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand euros / 00) plus legal fees, increased by at least € 5,000.00 (five thousand / 00) ).
In the case of offers that are better than that of the ORIGINAL BIDDER, a tender will be held between the bidders, with the base price being that of the higher bid and with bids not lower than € 5,000.00 (five thousand euros / 00). After the final award, in any case occurred pursuant to the aforementioned provisions, subsequent increases will not be accepted pursuant to art. 107, paragraph 4, L.Fall.
