The award and removal of this lot is subject to the strict and unavoidable obligation on the part of the successful bidder to restore the premises to their original condition. Whoever is awarded this lot assumes all costs and must carry out, simultaneously with dismantling, the following works:

• Roof enclosure: Seal and fully waterproof the three (3) openings in the roof used by the booth chimneys.

• Comprehensive floor repair: Fill the absorption pit, pour a layer of reinforced concrete with industrial-grade strength and apply a surface finish of quartz-corundum, leaving it perfectly level and identical to the rest of the warehouse flooring.

Legal notice: The removal of the booth elements will not be permitted without the proper execution of these restoration works. Non-compliance will result in the loss of rights to the lot in favor of the property owner of the premises, with no right to a refund of the amount paid.
