The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore also be due for intra-community buyers.

The lots are sold as seen and liked in the state they are in. Viewing is recommended.


Any adaptation of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any costs, with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of the sale solely as "scrap" assets, with the exclusion of any liability of the Curatorship for the possible use thereof by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not complying with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
