The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore also be due for intra-EU buyers.

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – applicable regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the seller being released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the Curatorship excluding any liability in the event of their use by the purchaser. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
